Jan is a native Oklahoman. She grew up on a family owned dairy farm in Chandler, Oklahoma. Jan’s been a lifelong equine enthusiast riding, training, and helping her daughter show horses for over 25 years. Her favorite hobby is taking photos of horses and dogs.

Jan is a top performing agent in Central Oklahoma, with a unique knowledge of horse property, ranches, luxury homes, and single-family homes. She and her husband Terry are also the broker/owners of Erhardt Group LLC, at Cross C Realty. Jan's favorite saying is "Always do the right thing, always be professional"

Jan also spent over 15 years in healthcare sales and management. She managed a team of 30 sales reps in 4 states. As an employee for several large firms, Jan has experienced the “customer” side of several corporate relocations, and understands how to assist in making your new home search and relocation as stress free as possible.

Jan and her team and are available seven days a week to guide you through the process of buying, selling or investing in property; offering start-to-finish dependability and personal service.
