The Erhardt Group announced this week, that its Real Estate business has been acquired by Cross C Realty. Founded by Jan Erhardt in 2012, The Erhardt Group has consistently been one of the top real estate teams in Oklahoma, and in 2021 became an independent brokerage.
Cross C Realty is owned and managed by Matt Cunningham. Cunningham has been a realtor for The Erhardt Group for the past several years and specializes in farm and ranch properties.
Cunningham envisions the new company to operate with two divisions, with The Erhardt Group brand focusing on residential and new development, and the new Cross C Realty brand focusing on farm and ranch. Longtime Erhardt Group Director of Operations, Ashley Samante will continue in that role for the new company. Jan Erhardt will support the new company as mentor for new agents and will assist in marketing and advertising. Terry Erhardt will be managing broker of both The Erhardt Group brokerage, and the new Cross C Realty brokerage during the transition. Eventually The Erhardt Group will operate as team under the Cross C Brand. The entire Erhardt Group realtor roster, including the Erhardt’s, will make the transition.

Cross C Realty owner Matt Cunningham went on the say “Jan and Terry have built a great brand over the past 10 years, and I’m excited to build on that foundation while at the same time doing more in the farm and ranch space.” Cunningham also stated that several local realtors will be joining the new company with announcements to come soon.
